Ad-Deen is designed to work without an account and without collecting personal information. This page explains what that means in practice.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. Ad-Deen has no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles.
Information stored on your device
The following stays on your device and is never transmitted to us:
- Your chosen location or city, used to calculate prayer times
- Your settings: calculation method, notification preferences, language, theme
- Your bookmarks, tasbih counts and reading position
Uninstalling the app removes all of it.
Permissions

| Location | To calculate prayer times and Qibla direction for where you are. Optional — you can set a city manually instead. |
| Notifications | To deliver prayer time reminders. |
| Storage | To save downloaded recitation audio for offline playback. |
Location is processed on your device and is not sent to any server.
Third-party services
The app is distributed through Google Play. Google collects its own data as part of the Play Store; see the Google Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
Ad-Deen does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top of the page.
